If a change we made breaks something, putting it right is not billable. That is in the contract, not in a sales promise.
We don’t hold credentials
Every password lives in your vault as well as ours, from the first week. Nothing about leaving us is technically difficult.
We don’t resell hardware margin
We specify the kit and you buy it directly, at your price. Our advice is not quietly funded by a supplier.
We don’t lock you in
Thirty days’ notice, documentation handed over, no exit fee. You stay because the service is worth it.
